NINJAONE GAME OF CHANCE RULES OF PLAY

  1. By participating in the game (the “Game”) hosted by NinjaOne, LLC (“NinjaOne”), the participant (“You”) agrees to the Rules of Play set forth herein and/or as otherwise displayed or described by NinjaOne, as well as the NinjaOne Privacy Notice.
  2. You may participate in the Game only during the times permitted by NinjaOne, only within the areas permitted by NinjaOne, and only under the supervision of a NinjaOne employee.
  3. The odds of winning a prize as a result of Your participation in the Game (a “Prize”) depend on the total number of people who participate in the Game.
  4. Depending on the Prize, You may receive it immediately upon winning or You may receive it at a later time via shipment to be mutually arranged between You and NinjaOne.
  5. NinjaOne reserves the right to modify these Rules of Play or terminate the Game in its sole discretion.
  6. Your participation in the Game is entirely voluntary on Your part, and NinjaOne disclaims any and all liability arising from Your participation in the Game and/or these Rules of Play.
  7. You represent and warrant that, by accepting any Prize, You are not in violation of any company policies or any applicable law.
  8. All disputes, claims, and actions related to the Game and/or these Rules of Play shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
  9. The offer made through the Game and/or these Rules of Play is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited.
  10. If You are an employee of any local, state, or national government agency, You may be ineligible to win any Prize as otherwise permitted herein.
